Stuffed Pork Loin
Two six-ounce pork filets, stuffed with spinach, bacon, cream cheese and other seasonings, broiled and served with our own Marcella sauce.
Baked Chicken
One-half chicken, marinated and seasoned with our chef’s secret recipe and slowly baked.
Fried Chicken
One-half chicken, lightly battered and deep fried.
All dinners include a fresh roll, the soup du jour, salad and your choice of garlic buttered mashed potatoes, baked potato, French fries, rice pilaf or vegetables.

Two four-ounce filets, broiled in butter and white wine and served with garlic butter sauce and a lemon slice.

Four broiled cod loins, seasoned with lemon pepper and served with drawn butter and a slice of lemon.
Saturday Specials
Hand-Carved Prime Rib
A 14-ounce queen cut or 18-ounce king cut, slow roasted and served with our own horseradish sauce and au jus.
Maple-Glazed Roasted Duck
One-half Peking duck, marinated and slowly roasted until tender in a maple, cherry and cranberry sauce, and served over wild-n-white rice.
